The National College of Defence Studies (NCDS) has officially opened the Strategy-Making Module for participants of Course 2-2025 at a ceremony held on Monday, 4 August 2025, at the College Auditorium. In his remarks to open the Module, the Commandant of NCDS, Brigadier General Frederick Dankyi Ntiri, warmly welcomed facilitators from the Africa Center for Strategic Studies (ACSS) and expressed his appreciation for their continuous collaboration with the College. He highlighted that the module would span two weeks of interactive and thought-provoking sessions with a one-week exercise designed to sharpen the understanding of the participants in strategy formulation and application.
